Event Description
Off they flew, into the wild, blue, yonder!
Please join Doralee Thrasher and David Escamilla at the Austin Screening of
"World's Smallest Airport: The True Story of the Thrasher Brothers Aerial Circus"
It's a documentary about three Thrasher Brothers (including Doralee's dad!) and their amazing feats of flying during the 1940's when they performed in their own aerial circus. It's an entertaining and historical look at aviation, back when pilots (and their brothers!) were truly fearless and a little crazy!
There will be food, fun, and flying adventures, all to benefit the wonderful Austin Children's Shelter, which protects and provides for our Austin kids in need. All proceeds go to the shelter so please donate generously!
